Excellent service across the board....

Excellent service across the board. Dealership was a joke, sat on the lot for weeks with nothing happening and no communication. I ended up having my vehicle towed here from the dealer lot and was taken care of quickly and professionally! What a difference! Amazing customer service, I would not hesitate to recommend!

I called Mister Transmission on...
Raffi
I called Mister Transmission on Wednesday and spoke to Brian, and he was able to see me for an appointment within one day! Had a very pleasant conversation with him over the phone, and he basically walked me through quite a bit of information about my car/transmission ect. Brian took my car in for their free roadtest/computer diagnostic and I received a call back very quick, about an hour or so! Preparing myself for some bad, I was shocked to hear the prelim diagnosis! Brain recommended that I do some prelim maintenance with regards to my fuel injectors which may be causing some shudder in my car. As many people know, anytime you take something for an inspection or service you expect them to find something to charge you for. Not here for my case. Brian seems like an honest man and confirmed my first impressions on him over the phone. I am very satisfied with my service so far and would recommend Mister Transmission to anyone I know and hope the owners and management know they are lucky to have Brian there for them!

Travis is the man. Ive sent him 3 very different vehicles and he's done superb work everytime. Wouldn't trust anyone else. Thank you for your honest work and respectable pricing. All wanted on the "stolen car list" and he was sure to lock them up in the shop for me, helped me sleep at night. I've seen him drive customers back to Toronto from woodstock to get their family home safe while he repairs the vehicle. Really goes out of his way in the customer service department and does qaulity work.
