As soon as you enter the subway station, take the north stairs and turn right as you descend. You'll spot a vent along the right wall. Pull open the cover and find a trophy just inside.

"Are there any Riddler puzzles/trophies/etc. that are impossible to get to after beating the game?" Nope. Every area can be re-accessed without a problem after you beat the game and some of the IVY plants go away.

If you want specifics, there are 400 Riddler challenges in City without the Catwoman DLC, 270-290 (depending on if you count interrogations) in Origins, and 243 in Knight. I'm not particularly fond of collectibles in open-world games like this, but it works well enough.

You will also have to apprehend Riddler by finding all of the Riddler Trophies and other collectibles scattered around the map. Once you have completed every side quest possible, Batman will again have the objective to enact the Knightfall Protocol at the top of GCPD by the Batsignal.

The visible Riddler Trophy behind the security doors in the middle of Secure Access requires more than the Cryptographic Sequencer -- the hackable box is hidden away out of sight. To bypass this, you'll need the Ultra Batclaw to yank down a weak wall panel high on the east side of the area.

In the southern area of the Main Cell Block -- just before the door to the Green Mile -- you can blow up a wall to make a path to the Generator Access. A trophy is sitting just on the other side.

If the trophy is in a small steel cage (resembles kind of a bear trap), then you have to solve its puzzle to open it (hitting switches, standing on ground switches, hacking a computer to open it, etc) then stand on top of it and press X to collect it.

If the puzzle consists only of green pressure plates, you have to push each one without touching the floor, usually via gliding or line launching. If there's are black and red pressure plates involved, you have to hit the green one first, then grab the trophy without touching the black/red pressure plates.
